Here I go again with another Court Force pick for Sneak of the Week. This Court Force Hi is super official because it totes the same colorway as Nike's beloved Air Max 95 Neon

These babies are definitely hot and the bright green make them shine even more!

Me, SP, BReezy & Nikki Jean

Over the weekend, my friends and I had the pleasure of meeting Ms Nikki Jean - songwriter, musician and vocalist as part of the Philadelphia based group Nouveau Riche, and also known for her vocals on Lupe's Hip Hop Saved My Life. Nikki came out to do a Meet & Greet at St. Alfred's on Saturday and we chopped it up a bit. She's definitely a dope person with a passion for her art and an infatuation with sneakers like myself. After the meet and greet we headed over to a great Middle Eastern restaurant called Sultan's Market which Nikki hipped us to (weird that I had never tried this place before yet I went to the high school like right around the corner lol). The food was great and I'll definitely be going back there! We enjoyed our time and wish Nikki nothing but the best in all future endeavors!!!

Flashing Lights!!!

The concert was AMAAAAAAAAZING!!! From beginning to end it was a whirlwind of great music from incredible artists and an awesome atmosphere! Ye' really outdid himself this time! The night started with Lupe's set - his performance was great - with songs like Hip Hop Saved My Life (Check out my Post with Nikki Jean above), Daydreamin' (Sara Green KILT that ish yo!), and Fighters (Matt Santos can saaaaaaaang!). It was fantastic.

Next up was N.E.R.D. and let me just say I am a huge fan!!! I nearly jumped from my seat when they did Rock Star and Everybody Nose. Pharrell is so friggin' sexy OMG *cheeze* lol But what took the cake was when CHRIS BROWN YES I SAID CHRIS BROWN came out and crumped the sh*t outta "Spazz." I was jumping up and down and yelling so much I nearly beat my friend british into a bloody pulp lol lmao!!! (She's recovering just fine by the way lol) The N.E.R.D set was very energy filled and got everyone's adrenaline pumping!

Then ya girl Ri Ri came through and shut it down with some of her jams like "Please Don't Stop The Music" and "Umbrella," and to be honest, it seemed like a majority *ahem* of the crowd came out to see her, which struck me as weird until Ye went on and Everybody lost their Friggin' Minds!!!



Kanyeeezy performed non stop about 18 tracks from all three of his albums - College Dropout, Late Registration, and Graduation. From GOOD MORNING which I absolutely loved til the very end when he and Lupe BODIED "Touch The Sky"- Their energy was sooo high and it was great to see two phenomenal chi town artists on stage together. The stage set was awesome and the actual flashing lights that shown brightly during his performance of "Flashing Lights" were so beautiful I left my seat to dance in the aisle lol! He did all of my favorites and then some...and made me realize how much I really wanna chase my dreams - and I have a lot of them! He dedication to his craft and how well he has perfected it showed me how much I should put forth a stronger effort in achieving my goals, and also showed me that I can do and have whatever I want in this life if my faith and perseverance are there. Obviously, I enjoyed the show and am sooooo looking forward to that fourth album so we can do this all over again!

So Cha Wizza I am back today with more goodies for all the "Hey Boos" out there. And this time around we have The Hundreds - A great streetwear brand incorporating Californian style with Hip Hop culture. But the brand itself is more than just apparel, it is also an online magazine featuring interviews, randoms, and other media concerning the industry. *Tidbits jacked from their site*


IMO, the Hundreds brand has done an excellent job of turning basic hoodies, tees, and caps into fresh and unique items through great graphic production and brillant colors.

*New Category* Hey Everybody!!! I'm sooo super stoked (haven't said that in...well at all) its Friday. My week went by fast but, it was even sweeter cuz the cash truck rolled in mid week to brighten things up lol! So today for all you fresh femmes out there I have a new category called "The Biz," where I feature a new or old trend for the ladies.

And this week, I'm talkin' about my absolute fav right now V-NECKS!!!!!!!!

Now, the v-neck isn't anything new, but as of recent it has been re-introduced in to the fashion scene. I started to notice guys rocking v-necks last summer, and I thought to myself, hmmm I wonder how this would work for the ladies??? Wellz this year I've been stacking stacking and stacking up on reasonably priced v-necks and I can't tell you how versatile these tees really are.

Sneak of the Week? Or This v. That

I dunno, I'm not sure what to label this post, allz I know is that I am apparently infatuated with black and white sneaks now and I've seen one I can get now...and one I'll have to get later.

Nike Blazer Mid Denim

Nike Air Force One Canvas

Both sneaks are hot, and personally this is the ONLY canvas colorway I've liked. The Blazers came out last month and are available at Solemates...Chicago. The Air One's are due this summer at Nike retailers. Both joints are in GS sizes, which is perfect for me and my SFS (small feet syndrome). I imagine too much of the same thing isn't too bad...but I'm sure my mom wouldn't understand...

Dudes: `Fits - Crooks and Castles

IMO, guys have it friggin' made in the shade as far as apparel goes. The streetwear industry especially creates mad gear for them! Various brands go above and beyond in the realm of creativity-fresh hoodies, jeans, tees, kics, AND fitteds yo! All the while women are left with cutting room floor ideas gone wrong-frilly shirts with pink and blue colorways (and i like both of those colors but damn can I get some black and red please???).

So since I love menzes and the fresh gear they rock...i'm showing some love by highlighting some brands and their product which I think are on the up and up!

Sneak of the Week: 5.5.08-5.11.08

Hey there folks!!!

I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend, I most certainly enjoyed mine! Anyhoo, I'm back with a most fantastic sneaker for your sneak of the week pleashaaaa lol. I saw these sneakers over the weekend and pretty much fell in love and now have the specs on em:

Women's Nike Blazer Low - Newark Eagles/Untold Truth 2008

As with the Nike Women's Air Stab "Glacier," this sneaker stills my heart because of its simplicity. I have to tell you when I saw them, I was floored, couldn't believe how a basic tweed and white colorway could have me trippin like that. But the red laces...they did it for real...hit me hard yo lol. What is also special about this particular pair is that it looks quite different from the other kix in the Newark Eagles Pack...the Air Stab and Air Maxes all have blue, black, red and orange colorway...so I am happy to see the change with the blazer low.

These sneakers are super fresh and a must have for summer. They also come with an additional pair of light blue laces, and of course, you can purchase other colors and really take these sneaks to a different place.
