YSK: Nike GS Halloween Pack 2009 @ CitySole.com

It is nearly that time of year where the ghosts and goblins (no, not Lil Wayne) come out and spook you for some tasty treats. With that said, Nike is looking out for every little treak-or-treater with some frightfully cute Halloween-themed sneakers. In the line up is a dunk low sporting a simple black and orange colorway, the scare factor on this one coming from the cemetary graphic with a "R.I.P." tombstone right on the right side of the heel. Also featured this year is a very chilling Blazer high that gives the illusion of seeing right through the shoe to the wearer's foot - or skeleton rather. HOW FRIGGIN SICK IS THAT!!!! Good Morning! Today we have a looksie at a new AM90 for the tiny tots and small footed femmes. It is already a "must-have" for me because of the basic royal blue and black colorway - and I am sure it will make big footers a little envious that they cannot cop a pair. Anyhoo, I'm assuming the Home Away tongue tag has something to do with a sport, just not sure which one in particular lol. Be on the lookout for these to drop soon at your local Nike retailers.

BD's Sneak Sale: Cool Grey IX's Size 5.5Y

So the number 9 model is probably one of my favorites out of the entire Jordan collection. Although they were never worn by Jordan on the court, I still think they are one of the best basketball sneakers around. When I happened upon the pair you see above (on ISS), of course, I was STOKED. At the time, I wasn't totally sure what size I wore (because for some odd reason I wear different sizes depending on the model) so I purchased the size 5.5Y/7W thinking I'd be all gravy cakes. I was WRONG! I wore them one time for about 2 hours and realized they were like boats on my feet lol. I have since figured out that I wear a 4.5Y lol so I am selling the pair you see here. Peek-A-Boo: Nike SB Summer 2010 Releases

We haven't even officially let go of Summer 09 yet and already we're looking forward to what's ahead for Summer 2010. Some photos have released of some upcoming Nike Skateboarding kicks that are sure to please fans - one Dunk high and one Dunk low. The Dunk high features a color we've seen a lot this year - purple. Similar to that of your un-heaven's gate dunk minus all the white, this Dunk sets itself apart with perforated sidepanels. The Dunk low is definitely my favorite - as it pays homage (IMO) to the SBs of yesteryear lol in a sense that the color scheme is very simple and the materials (suede I believe) are perfect. Sneak of the Week: Air Jordan GS Retro 12 - Black/Varsity Purple

It is RARE, rare I say, to read about a TBA Jordan retro colorway and expect the color placement to be on point. A while ago, I was browsing through Sole Collector's Jordan Release Dates and came across the post - 12/2009 Air Jordan XII Retro Kid's (limited release) 153265-051 Black/Varsity Purple $100.00 - and I was like hmmm I wonder how THAT's going to look. WELL TODAY IS THE DAY LOVELIES!!! Nubuck upper, patent toe accent, and a LOVELY purple outsole!!! HOW FUGGIN AWESOME ARE THESE! VERY AWESOME!! The best part of all is that they are a GS only release - HA! Take that!!

Peek-A-Boo: Nike SPW Dunk High Preview - Spring 2010

Could this be the new design pattern trend for 2010??? It certainly looks that way! These new dunk high colorways were spotted over at italian fashion blog FreshNGood and are looking grood. The two dunks features, what looks to be a gradient color pattern on nylon material - one pastel colorway (seen above) and a deeper, darker colorway (pictured below). I believe these will drop as women's releases, as the silouhette resembles that of the skinny dunk, but I could be wrong lol. I'll have more info as it comes :)

Holiday 2009: Air Jordan 12 Retro - White/Varsity Red

Could this be the year of the "J"? With an onslaught of fusions and hybrid Jordan models smacking us all in the face over the past couple years, it's nice to see the resurgence of numbered retros coming to the surface. With the upcoming drops of crowd favorites such as the Space Jam 11s, Flu Game (albeit altered) 12s, and "Rising Sun" 12s - the JB overall popularity rating has to be going up. The highly highly favored Air Jordan 12 White/Red colorway may just be the next drop to put the Airness right at the top where it belongs. This original colorway will be retroed for the first time this Holiday season and shall be available in a full size run. Perhaps you can't wait and would like to cop your pair now, wellz you are in luck if you wear a size 9 in mens as these are already available online at Marqueesole.com. As for the rest of us, we'll just have to wait patiently =)

SBeezies: Nike SB September 2009 Releases

Out now and ready for your hard-earned but easily thrown away dollars is the new September 2009 collection of Nike SB sneaks. This month shows a bit of development on a color scheme level - with more dark tones to compliment the changing seasons. Not too many nicknames this month - only one in particular - the "Asparagus" Dunk Low which just so happens to be my favorite drop so far. Others in the line-up include a Black/Red Dunk High, Dark Red Janowski, Navy/Royal Zoom Veloce, Grey/Orange Blazer, Sport Red P-Rod III, and Navy Zoom Air Harbor. Air Jordan History of Flight Interactive Timeline

Did you know that MJ originally considered the now synonomous-with-anything-Bulls Bred colorway to be "devil's colors?" Or that there was a "Love of the Game" clause signed into Michael's contract which allowed him to play a pick up game of bball anywhere at anytime? With the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame ceremony approaching (September 11th in Springfield, Massachusetts), Nike has created a special interactive Timeline that takes a look back over the 20+ years of Michael famed athletic career and the legendary sneaker models that have been created along the way. As you can see, each model is pure white, with colorful graphics which display stories behind its idea and creation - truly something every Jordanhead should check out. What's most exciting however is the prospect of All-White Jordan collection possibily releasing in the near future! How epic is that?!?!?
