There is something about simple colorways that really takes me back to my earlier sneaker years. Before footwear brands did WHATEVER to grab the consumers attention, the days when less indeed was more, and we enjoyed that sensibility. Sometimes I think that era is long gone, and then I come across a pair like the one you see above, and I immediately feel nostalgic. The Air Force 1 High model has gotten a lot of play this year for the ladies, and this model really solidifies that fresh, clean, summer feeling. A white leather upper meets up with an uncommonly seen fabric used on AF1s – mesh! The toe box and side panels are laced in it, while the swoosh, heel tab, and outsole all sport a cool glass blue color. Schweet.
