Could It Be (GS)? Nike Air Max Lebron 8 V2 Low - Treasure Blue/White - Volt

You've seen the pic but will a GS run see the light of day? Read on...

Overall, the small footed ladies and tiny tots have received a lot of love from the Nike Air Max Lebron 8 collection – with nearly every colorway, including the coveted South Beach, being available in kid’s sizes.  Well, that is until the last three releases, the “Entourage”, Summit Lakes, and Navy/White.  None of those saw any GS love, which lead to a significant amount of disappointment for us chicks.  I’m still hoping to randomly see a GS size run of the Entourages on NDC, but I digress.  With opinion on the V3 model being mixed, myself as well as other SFS'ers aren't really anticipating any of the colorways, so if none are available in our sizes, I doubt they’ll be any backlash.

Then I come across the amazing-ness that is the V2 Low – in what is surely reminiscent of the Volt Air Griffey Max 1s despite this super hyped "Sprite" nickname people are using.  From what I can tell, the upper stays true to the standard V2 form – synthetic mesh and flywire – and the 360 air unit is still in tact.  The only real difference here is the cut, which hits right under the ankle bone. Of course, all we want to know now is, WILL THESE BE AVAILABLE IN KID’S SIZES? We’ve had luck in the past with post-season and low GS Lebrons, so as of now, optimism is very high.  With an projected release of Summer 2011, time will most certainly tell!
