Yoooooooo New Nike WMNS Dunk Lows - Ripstop

Just saw these over at Kicks on Fire (Ice Cube voice "Yeaa Yeaaaaaa") and am loving them!!!

They feature ripstop material on the toe box and side panel, along with leather and patent leather detailing on the uppers and swoosh.

They are soooo crute its hard to pick which one I wuv the most UGGH!!! I definitely know I saw the yellow dunks in the window at Akira on State Street. Be on the look out for all three at your favorite Nike retailers.

Kicks: BUT WAIT....there's moooooooooooore!!!

Here's another colorway of the Nike WMNS Aerofit Hi Moon Boot which is a definite go-harder! It features a green, mandarin orange, and white colorway with a mix of nubuck and nylon materials. The darkness of the green with the pop of the orange remind me of Autumn leaves. These are scheduled to be released in November, more purchase info to come!

Kicks: WMNS Nike Aerofit Moon Boots

These are hellified fierce!!! Everyone should know by now that I love Reebok Freestyle Hi's, so when I saw Nike was coming out with a similar style I was ELATED!!!!!! Here are a couple pics of the Aerofit boot in black which is available now at select Nike retailers.

Jordan Head Documentary Recap August 23, 2008

Over the weekend E and I had the pleasure of being part of the filming for the last scene of the Jordan Head documentary. Filming took place at the United Center in front of the legendary Jordan Statue. Despite the fact that it was 3 billion degrees outside and we waited for at least three hours to actually start filming, it was a great experience to meet and greet with other Jordan collectors, wearers, and idolizers from all over the city and country. Erika and I had a blast and really held it down for the ladies! I'm such a poopie head tho, I was so busy taking pics of everyone else, I forget to take some of me! hahaha I did happen to see me elsewhere online tho, so I'll just jack theirs! Anyhoo, peep the pics and video below!

The metallic "elephant" print really solidifies this sneak as a "go-harder" <---new phrase, just made it up, love it & deal with it. iDig: Kendo ZX 800 x Adidas

As part of the AZX project, Adidas has been teaming up with major stores and sneaker groups around the world to bring us hot collabos. And representing the "K" is the dopest female sneaker shop around - Kendo LA. The purple, grey (which happens to be one of my fav colors!!!), and aqua colors on the ZX 800 fuse feminity with strength and exhuberance (yeaaaah, I said it).






They really did an excellent job with designing the colorway for this shoe, it is definitely one of the illest I have seen in a while.


The Kendo ZX 800 is scheduled for release at Kendo on September 20th.

You Should Know: Jordan Collezione 5/18 Releases Aug. 23

This Saturday one of the most anticipated Countdown Packs will be released featuring two highly celebrated Jordan models. The Jordan V (5) is a retro of the Fire Red colorway released in December 2006 which sported a red sole instead of the black on the 2008 model. The Jordan XVIII (18) will be a dope addition to the pack as well. It will feature and black and red colorway with a predominantly suede upper - swanky! Both shoes are hella enticing, and this may perhaps be the first time I actually purchase the entire pack lol. Anyhoo, these officially release here in the CHI and around the nation on Saturday, but they are available for online purchase now over at pickyourshoes.com.

Sometimes A Sneaker Company Will...

keep innovating an already awesome idea! The good folks over at Nike were already receiving the big thumbs up from sneakerheads with the creation of the Members Only store as part of Nikestore.com. Now with the invention of 77Burnside, a online store similar to Members Only but with a sleeker design, registered account members will be able to purchase a neat selection of Air 1s, Jays, and more! As of yet, the selection isn't anything exclusive, but who knows what's in store! Make sure you check it out!

Kicks: Air Jordan 6 Ring x 2

The Jordan 6 Rings is a very dope sneaker IMO. It takes a piece of each shoe Jordan wore during his championship seasons. Assuming your not a fan of the Air Force 1/Jordan Fusion series, you probably will not be a fan of these either. But i love the idea and think the delivery was much much better than that of the Air 1/Jordan fusions. Anyhoo, here are the two releases coming out this weekend.
