Nike Air Diamond Turf GS - White/Black - Varsity Royal

If you’ve been wondering if this Air Diamond Turf colorway dropped in kid’s sizes, the answer is yes.  The white/black – varsity royal cdub is new for this summer and exhibits a similar color pattern as the original white/black – sport red Diamond Turf, which retroed last June.  I haz excitement! Nike WMNS Terminator High Premium - Two Colorways

The Terminator High hasn’t received a lot of play in the past couple years, but the two latest looks for women could be considered stellar comebacks.  The Nike WMNS Terminator High pictured up top features premium leather (swanky!) with a completely "perforated" swoosh.  Cool mineral blue and neutral wolf grey are your color options for this set, and although they are out now, I think they’d be a dope look for the Fall.  Get a gander at some additional looks of both colorways after the jump. via Dunk.

You Should Know: #CSHPS goes down TOMORROW @ Millennium Park

That's right folks! This Saturday, June 18th, yours truly along with Chicago's own, Tyler Jones will be at Millennium Park for Ty's Chicago SneakerHead PhotoShoot.  Should be a great opportunity to mix and mingle with sneaker-minded individuals from our hometown and also be nice way to highlight yourself and some of your favorite kicks.  Don't worry if you don't have anyone to come with or don't "know anyone" who will be there, we don't bite! It'll be fun times for sure! Hope to see you there :)

Reebok Freestyle – Classic Vintage Collection

With the recent 25^th Anniversary “Reign-Bow” collection celebrating the Freestyle’s iconic footprint in footwear history, the model has gotten a crazy jumpstart back into the line of fashionable sneaker attire.  Since 07, there have been a gang of classic collaborations and an insane amount of colorways, but how could we possibly forget the Classic White which started the Freestlye Frenzy back in 82? To commemorate, Reebok will be releasing a number of it’s legendary models in a vintage-styled white colorway as part of the Classic Vintage Collection.  The freestyle keeps it trill OG with a white soft garment leather upper and pre-tinted outsole.  ME LOVEY.  I’ve always had respect for this model and for nostalgia purposes, these are a must have. More info on the drop to come soon, stick with sneakHerbox for the deets! via SF

Van WMS Authentic "Glitter Dots" - Summer 2011

HMPH, ya'll know I love glittery, shedangly type stuff right? Well, you could imagine the smile on my face when I discovered the beauties you see above.  Vans brand has recently released two Authentic models featuring black and silver sequin respectively.  The fashionista in me loves that both pairs can be dressed down to wear during the day (jeans/tee) and dressed up for night time wear (cute skirt/dress).  LOVE <3.  You can pick up both at WISHATL now.

Air Jordan V (5) Retro GS - White/Varsity Red - Obsidian

Just in time for the 4th of July (and considering I haven't seen any pictures for the Nike Independence Day GS pack) we have pictures of the forthcoming Air Jordan 5 Retro - White/Varsity Red -Obsidian in Grade School sizes.  Initially, I was very meh at the idea of a AJ5 sporting patent leather, to me, it just seemed unnecessary.  However, considering the patent is only on the toe cap and lower heel, I should be able to get over it.  I really like the clean design and crisp colorway.  A bit of shedangliness is added with speckled peaks on the midsole, and I like! If you do too, be sure to hit up your local Jordan Brand retailer on July 2nd.  via dunk.

Converse x Marimekko - Fall 2011 WMS Footwear Collection

As a continuation to this past Spring's collaboration, Converse revisits Finnish fashion house Marimekko for a new line-up of classic kicks.  This go-round will feature original prints, the Unikko and Paprika, made famous by Maija Isola, as well as two brand new designs, the Kaleidoskooppi and Poni, created by up and coming Marimekko designer, Maija Louekari.  Some of our favorite Converse models will be used once again for this collection, including the Chuck Taylor Ox and All-Star Hi and revamped Helen.  Sweet :)


The Fall 2011 Converse x Marimekko collection will be available at select Converse retailers as well as online at Converse.com on June 23rd, 2011.

Nike Dunk Low GS - White/Black - Sport Red

Here's a simple dunk for the summer! Red and black patent leather dance through this sneaker's upper, while white leather keep the toe box and side panel areas nice and smooth. Air Jordan III Retro GS - White/True Blue

YESSUH!

June 4^th is under a month away and most, if not all, sneaker enthusiasts KNOW what that date means.  It’ll be the third retro in total, but only the second for us small footed folk (as 2009’s release was a men’s only Euro exclusive).  I’m very excited to see the recent GS 2011 retro pics hit the web and I must say, they look GREAT! Nearly the same as it’s OG, we only see a small change in the number of eyelets near the toe area of the shoe, which we can live with I’m sure!
