YSK: Air Jordan XIII Holiday 2010 Releases

So if you are like me, you've had enough of dealing with the hype surrounding a seemingly "huge" holiday release from JB cough Cool Grey 11s cough..  I'm taking the more scenic route and focusing on a less appreciated model, the Air Jordan 13, which is set to see a flurry of retro colorway releases this year and next.  Although we are in fact at the end of the standard calendar year, we are just beginning to kick off what is sure to be "The Year of the 13," we see the return of the Flint colorway, set to drop this Friday, November 26th aka BLACK FRIDAY.

There has been some grunts of displeasure about the re-retro – considering this pair will not feature the signature 3M underneath the mesh panels.  A small detail to some, but a dealbreaker for others.  Also, news broke that the "Altitude" Air Jordan 13 would be releasing a couple months ago. When pictures surfaced on the internetz, we saw that the leather panels seen on the OGs were replaced by mesh panels a la Bred 13s.  Say what? Some folks were mad, but me, I was like "eh, these look grood actually."  At the time, I was not sure if these would be available in grade school sizes, but betcha bye golly wow, THEY WILST BE.  Moving on, we will see the classic White/Varsity Red and Black cdub making its way back into sneaker rotation this December (the 18th to be exact) and I am McLovin' it! I remember this being the very last Jordan I received prior to adulthood, I got it as a late birthday gift from my brother back in 97 and I cherished them dearly.  Obviously, these will be copped with a vengeance for nostalgic reasons.  Last but most certainly not least, a BRAND SPANKIN NEW colorway graces us and wilst be available for tiny footed peoples only! That's right, no men's (not that I think a lot of guys would want to rock them, but you cannot deny their freshness).  A simple Black and Voltage Cherry (pink) colorway is executed in an exemplary manner – leaving no room for error here, only perfection.  Black mesh and leather surround the upper while pink blesses the inner lining and outsole.  Can you say ROBOCOPPED?

As you might have assumed, all of the aforementioned 13s will be available in kid's sizes and for the most part,  should be at your local Jordan Brand retailers and online shops.
